History.
Joe's ChemDry was founded in June of 2008, as an independent franchise of ChemDry Australia. Our franchise territory is "Southern Brisbane" and we are based at our residence in Crestmead. We started out with ChemDry's "Powerbase" portable system, but in January 2010 we purchased a CTS 330: ChemDry's latest and greatest truckmounted unit. We have built a loyal customer base due to our dedication to being as reliable as possible and always going the extra mile to gain our customers satisfaction.
Goals.
The primary purpose of running our own business is to create a stable, growing, income to support our family. In other words, we are here for the long haul. Our focus is on building a loyal customer base by delivering the best value, reliability and customer service. Meeting your needs, as best we can, means we have the best chance of achieving our goals. Our customers keep us because they know we are determined to keep them.
