What is "specialist stain removal"?
Most spots are removed by our unique cleaning process. There are
those that pose special challenges however. If a spot cannot be removed with our extremely thorough carpet cleaning procedure, it requires more complex techniques deemed "specialist spot/stain removal". You’ll be pleased to
know, we are up to the task! Here is what we can do:
Oil/petroleum based spot removal.
Spots that fall into this category are the likes of lipstick, paint, ink, nail polish etc. We can often remove these spots, but they are very challenging. Sometimes we can remove them with the use of our "ink remover" or "solvent spotter gel" alone. Other times require our "stain out" solution to remove the stain from within the fibre itself. Sometimes it can take 30mins to get rid of a saucer sized stain, but more often than not, they are removable. If the accident was recent we have even better odds.
Dye stains.
These are the toughest of the tough. Things like rust, furniture stain, food dyes, and pet stains.There is still hope, but it can be a “hail mary” that we can completely remove them. They will almost certainly lighten but even ChemDry can't guarantee a miracle. Again, if the stain is is relatively fresh we have a better chance of getting it out. All this will remain academic for you though, if you have our powerguard protectant applied with every regular clean.
Pet Urine.
Good news here! We have a specialised pruduct called “PURT II” (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) which attacks the “accidents” at a molecular level. We have even used the process on people accidents with great success. Customers report trying many different products and services to fix it, but this is the only one that truly works. I could to a before and after for you but I don't think the smell can come through the computer yet!
It's Affordable!
We don't buy into the whole "bait and switch" technique used by other less scrupulous cleaners. This is where they will get to your place, look at your lightly stained carpet, and if you need anything more than just a reciept written for the real estate, it will cost $500 instead of the $60 you were quoted over the phone.
We are fully transparent in our pricing. Our general clean will generally rid you of 80-90% of spots, those remaining will need special attention if you need them removed. We will give you an estimate of the value to remedy them and the likely outcome of treatment.
